These are patterns for a sweater for a three or five year old train lover.

On the front a black steam engine rolls down the tracks. On the back are the engine's coal car and red caboose. Each sleeve has three more colorful engines, in various colors, against a blue sky. The trim pattern on the sleeves and body is white houses against a blue sky. The neck and wrists trim is alternating stripes of black and blues. This pattern uses many different colors of DK yarn.
Obviously other colors can be used.

The size five pattern has a few variations in terms of colors and trim, with a night sky cityscape at the shoulders.

Pattern has written directions, materials lists, and full color charts to enlarge. The pattern assumes a good knowledge of knitting, or at least an adventurous spirit and a knitting guidelines book. Obviously other color combinations are possible. Have fun!
